1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Damaged Products: Products received in damaged condition.

• Incorrect Products: Products delivered that do not match the items ordered.

• Missing Items: Products missing from a confirmed order.

• Order Cancellation: An order cancelled and approved before dispatch, where payment has already been received.

• Non-Delivery: An order that has not been delivered and whose status has been verified by our team.

All refund requests are subject to review and applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the nature of food products and applicable food safety requirements, refunds may not ordinarily be available for:

• Change of mind after an order has been dispatched or delivered.

• Incorrect product selection by the customer.

• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

• Claims that cannot be reasonably verified.

These limitations do not apply where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law.

3. Reporting Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or an order with missing products, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us investigate your request, please provide:

• Your order number.

• Your registered mobile number or email address.

• A brief description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable.

Our team will review the information and may contact you for additional details before determining the appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Approval Process

Once we receive your request, our team will review the order details and supporting information.

If your request is approved, we will notify you and initiate the eligible refund. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate alternative resolution may be offered where permitted by applicable law and agreed upon with the customer.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or other payment service provider.

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, please contact us with your order number and payment details, excluding any passwords, PINs, or OTPs.

6. Refund Method

Where possible, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used to place the order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if available, our customer support team will coordinate with the customer to determine an appropriate refund method, subject to verification and applicable requirements.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if paid, will be reviewed according to the reason for the refund and applicable law. Where a refund is required because of an error attributable to us or another circumstance covered by applicable law, the appropriate shipping charges will also be addressed.

8. Order Cancellation and Refunds

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch and payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Orders that have already been dispatched may require further review and will be handled in accordance with our applicable policies and legal obligations.
