Currently, we deliver our products across Maharashtra, India.

We are continuously working to improve our delivery network and make our products accessible to more customers. Orders placed for addresses outside our current delivery area may not be accepted or fulfilled.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order confirmation, as applicable.

• Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

• Customers will be notified if there are any significant delays in processing their orders.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping benefits:

• Free Shipping: Available on orders with a total value of ₹499 or more.

• Standard Shipping: A shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier availability, and other logistical factors within Maharashtra.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, transportation delays, public holidays, or operational disruptions.

Where tracking facilities are available, customers may receive shipment tracking details through their registered mobile number, email address, or other communication channels provided at checkout.

Customers can use these details to check the status of their shipments.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including their name, mobile number, PIN code, and delivery address.

Sanvi Readymix will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment needs to be re-dispatched due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Although we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
